Summer is still going on at Kidstock! Come in during August to get great deals on all summer items and come back often as we transition into fall/winter clothing at the end of August. We currently have lots of great dresses, shorts, bathing suits, and tanks. And please save the date of Saturday, August 21, for our Customer Appreciation Day. (Scroll down for further details.) Also during the month of August we have an in-store drawing going on. Enter once per family per day -- come in every day to increase your chances of winning the grand prize of a $30 Kidstock credit! We have several other prizes as well, so come on in to get a ticket!  Customer Appreciation Day Saturday, August 21, 10am-6pm
We want to be as cool as our local Dodgers, so our customer appreciation day -- much like Fan Day for the boys in blue -- will also involve hats! In our case, they could be sun, onesies, winter, dressy, ball, or cowboy!
Come in all day on Saturday, August 21, and with any purchase you can also choose one hat from our hat table, a belt from our belt bucket, or a pair of socks or tights from our sock basket. One free item with purchase per family, please. For our customers who are Sabbath observant and can't make it in on Saturday, customer appreciation day will be on Monday, August 23. Our August drawing winners will be selected during the day on August 21. We have invited our local Firestation 92 firefighters to come by and help us draw the winners for our not-quite month-long drawing. Grand prize is a $30 Kidstock store credit. Winners need not be present to win. To enter, please fill out the form provided by Kidstock. No purchase necessary to enter, of course. One entry per family per day, please. |
Notes and Reminders!
+ We are accepting bags at this time! We are requesting, however, that you limit what you drop off to one bag/box and remain in the store while we sort your bag so we can immediately give you back what we cannot utilize. (That pesky storage problem, again!) If you want us to donate what we don't accept, drop off is fine. Please note that we are offering store credit only at this time and that we may not be able to immediately give you your credit at the time we are sorting. We are happy to look at anything you want to bring in, but please note that we immediately reject anything with stains, tears, holes, or incomplete games/toys. (Unless they are meant to be that way!) Clothing must be clean and in ready-to-sell condition. At this time we are not accepting books in as we are tremendously backlogged with them (please, please buy books! We have a ton of them! Use the coupon below and buy books!) For larger items, like high chairs, exersaucers, bouncies, etc., please call before you bring them in so we can assess if we need them. + Our Red "X" sale is still in effect. Crafters and Boredom Busters Corner
Let's Paint Ourselves!
Definitely an outside messy activity! First, purchase gently used bathing suits at Kidstock ;-) ! Then, using washable, water-based paint in separate cups, add dish soap to the paint and mix well with paint brushes. Then send the kids outside in their gently used Kidstock bathing suits to paint each other! The dish soap ensures ease of clean up from skin. Definitely not for kids who are putting stuff in their mouths. When finished, turn the hose on the kids for a quick clean up.
